1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mph365 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered through the website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the mph365 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

mph365 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Use of the mph365 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. mph365 does not permit any person under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by mph365 or by any relevant gaming authority, including PAGCOR.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active account on the mph365 Platform.

mph365 takes its obligations regarding underage gaming seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account pending verification and will report the matter to the relevant regulatory authority where required.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the mph365 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the mph365 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. mph365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Verification (KYC): mph365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Suspension: mph365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their account details remain up to date. Any changes to your name, address, contact number, or payment details must be reported to mph365 support promptly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mph365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• mph365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
• mph365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. mph365 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not been verified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings.
• mph365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mph365 offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issue. Any bonus balance not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the mph365 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: mph365 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that mph365 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

mph365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the mph365 Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant game or betting lobby.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the mph365 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or system errors are not valid and will not be settled.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. mph365 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any player account at its discretion.
• Odds and Prices: All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. mph365 reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error. Bets placed at erroneous odds may be voided at mph365's discretion.
• Void Bets: mph365 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, technical error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. mph365 is not responsible for delays in live data that may affect in-play bet acceptance or settlement.
• Settlement: Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. mph365's decision on bet settlement is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mph365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to any event offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mph365 staff or other players through any communication channel.

mph365 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and will report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mph365 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of mph365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from mph365.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any mph365 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of mph365's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by mph365.

9 Privacy & Data

mph365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mph365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mph365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond mph365's reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

mph365's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mph365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

mph365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. The Platform will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be used for any gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting mph365 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

mph365 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to use the Platform. 12 Amendments to These Terms

mph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mph365 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting mph365 support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact mph365 support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. mph365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

mph365 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operators. Players who believe that mph365 has failed to comply with applicable regulatory requirements may raise a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority.
